I'm like, hiding in my room from my angry republican father and watching this speech and I actually just broke down and cried. I'm so fucking cheesy right now, but this is so huge. I never thought i would even care if we elected a black president, but I never expected to be so behind a presidential candidate. And be a part of something SO huge as this voter turnout, and history-making... omg.

My boyfriend wears a Martin Luther King Jr shirt on election day. Lord, I love him. I don't even know if his Canadian ass can even vote, but 32847897 @ my nerdy historicalness.
I just watched Across the Universe like, yesterday, it probably didn't help me out here, I'm all "OMG AMERICAN HISTORY." Obvs the best basis of that.
