I can't resist these things.. There goes my not-writing-in-my-live-journal streak.
Ten Things That Make Me Happy (only by order of which I thought them up - not by importance)
1. When you have completely prepared yourself for something undesirable to happen (ie, contract not being extended at work) and then it doesn't (boss gives you internal application for own job) and everything turns out okay (still earning money)
2. Going for drives with hot chocolate and xmas music to check out the christmas lights with dave, or anyone
3. Watching reality tv (survivor, America's next top model, amazing race) and medical shows (house, ER, life's little miracles, the surgeons)
4. Watching little kids play
5. Finding really nice clothes for really good sales (50 dollar pants for 19 dollars)
6. How CAA sells movie tickets for $7.50 and I never pay full price anymore
7. My efficient research group and awesome advisor and getting things done faster than expected and also, file sharing on the unit 6 website. SO good
8. Seeing old friends that you haven't seen in a long time, and giving them hugs
9. Anticipation of something good
10. a) Hearing an old song on the radio that reminds you of eating breakfast at the kitchen table when you were like, 7.
b) Hearing an old (but not that old) song and still knowing all the words (subha i know you're feelin this one.. inforrrrrrrrmer!)
