Things that were good today:

1. Productive in the anatomy lab. Got up early to meet some girls in the lab to practice for the test on wednesday. Each time I go, i realize I know more than I think, and then I feel all nice inside because it just means that's one less thing I need to study out of the book this weekend. This opens up entirely new possibilities for this weekend.

2. My new scented candles are actually scented. This one is lavender.

3. Getting off at 1:00 on Friday

4. Got caught up on Matt's LJ. (Matt: I'm not just name-dropping as per your request!) I really enjoy reading it... matt you write really well, and they're always interesting. BTW.. i'm half way thru Angels and Demons, and REALLY liking it. Funny how two different people can have such polar opposite opinions.

Things that were bad today:

1. Bought breakfast and lunch AGAIN (due to sleeping in again) Although, i made sure it was healthy.. low fat fruit and fiber muffin for b-fast, and a veggie sandwich on multigrain bread for lunch. And chocolate milk. (so, half-healthy). And actually I only spent 4 bucks anyway.

2. I saw an obviously disabled man crossing the street at quite literally a turtle's pace. He was more or less shuffle stepping, w/ each foot only advancing about 2 inches every step he took. He was not even half way across the intersection when the light turned red. (Not yellow, RED). Instead of just staying put and giving him a little sympathy, these asshole drivers started driving around him. I was going to turn back and go help him, but then he started to diagonal across the intersection so that he could cross in the other direction, in front of the cars waiting at the red light. I waited to made sure he made it across safely (he did), but I was disgusted by the insensitivity of whoever those drivers were.

3. The fact that I'm on the computer and should really be studying for anatomy. That was the original plan for this afternoon, not e-procrastinating for 2 hours after I got home.

So on that note, my two cents is up.
