life fits together so much better when you understand the things around you, and i suppose now ive got a greater understanding of the phraise "knowledge is power." our whole lives were taught to be pawns- were bread, not only employees for a job, but employees for the government and all other institutions which collect money from us. the sad ( Read more... )

hmm, i see the point- but i guess my problem is, i could care less about those people. would i be pissed if i had a small business, and wallmart stomped me? yes i would be, but id understand it- they are top dog, so hey, good for them- ill start up elsewhere. poor people are poor because they are doing things wrong. its their fault they are poor, (weather they be dumb, fininacialy illeterate, addicted to something, or just afraid of risks)

these people are cattle, and should be taken advantage of. anyone that lets you take advantage of them, diserves to have it taken. teach em a lesson, maybe theyll be rich some day. almost all of us serve time as cattle, its just up to us weather or not we choose to raise above it. is murder right? no. the government should have doen something about it. it isnt the companys fault those people died, its the governments- its not the massive companys job to take care of people, its the govs. a monopoly on water is wrong, a monopoly in general is wrong, but keep in mind these statements are coming from eyes at the bottom of the tower looking up. its much different when your the head benefactor of a massive conglomerate who has a specific economy by the balls. in many peoples eyes, its murder, but in their eyes, its a great investment.

That entire paragraph is based on the assumption that everyone starts out on the same level and people move up or down based on their own actions. Which isn't true. Most people never leave the financial class that they're born into. It's not easy in this country, but it's MUCH easier here than it is in countries like Brazil.

Murder IS a great investment. Hell, it's much more fiscally sound to do away with 401K retirement plans altogether and just shoot your employees in the face when they get too old to contribute to your yacht fund. Kill their families too, because it's a serious drain on your bling to have families whose breadwinner has been killed on your payroll because as you said, these people are only holding up your entire organization with their labor and you would accomplish NOTHING without them, therefore logically it's not your responsibility to take care of them. When some big hardware conglomerate's Roofing Subcorporation moves in on Bradenton and puts your dad out of business, I don't want to hear a single sob story, because your family, like all families, are just a gaggle of cattle and should be exploited at every opportunity and I'm sure should it ever happen to you, you would say the exact same thing.

On a second read, I'm pretty sure your entire comment was just to get people to argue. An excellent attempt, but as far as I can guess you DO have a conscience and you're way too smart to actually believe the bullshit you just said.
