(ooc; Ran is about 5 inches shorter then normal right now, the kimono is probibly red, flowers idk >.> it's really loud, k? Feel free to notice her height change as she walks around the festival. She is still a little off from being home sick, but with the festival she is hiding it pretty well. Mostly, ok, so if you watch her closely you will notice that she is not smiling as much and that far off look sneaks into her eyes some times, but you have to be watching closely. Talking with Light did help, but didn't fix everything. Other wise, Ran wants to have some FUN!!!)
