I'm pretty sure Lindsey and I have unintentionally upset a very important person when it comes to involving them in Wedding plans.
This person is just, for different reasons, difficult to talk to. However, both Lindsey and I know this and know that if we are to make communication between us and them work, it needs to be us offering the information, not waiting to be asked for it.
In the same light it brought thoughts to the forefront of my mind that, If you want compassion from someone, you must show compassion towards them first. If you want honesty, you must show that person honesty yourself and of course if you want communication, you must communicate first.
I think we need to send this person an email. It’s not the same as sitting down and chatting, but that does not seem to be working at this moment. At least in an email you can get everything out without being interrupted.
Tonight: Engagement Ring
Wednesday: Poker! Fuck Yeah! I’m all in!
Thursday: Football practice
Friday: Tepanyaki! Bring on Fish Flinging.
Benny Benassi (Push me, And then just touch me, Till I can get my satisfaction. Satisfaction…) is going to be in town on June 11. Too broke to see him, plus its on a Sunday, there’s no chance I’d be going to work the next day.
