[OOC note about worldhops to and from the Village]
Due to the way his world works and his own personal circumstances, 11-12 will not be able to leave his own world and so if he tries to worldhop it will not work for him. This will also tie into his canon storyline. If it's so easy for him to get out of the Village then it would change everything.
The exception will be that he may get out during viruses, when nobody has any real control over it.
However, anybody will be able to visit him in the Village. As per his canon, this would be entirely possible (even without worldhops, but here they'll still use them). Just he won't be able to get out himself - until he reaches a post-canon here. Then circumstances for him will change.
