This is amazingly fascinating in a not so good for our planet way: Plants are becoming obese! There is so much carbon in the atmosphere from emissions that plants which utilize carbon dioxide for photosynthesis are consuming the excessive amounts and are producing more plant matter. However, the nutrients in the soil are finite, so the plants are growing more but have the same amount of nutrients. Essentially the nutrients are diluted in the plants. Therefore, animals must eat more plants to get the same amount of nutrients, which is impacting there whole digestive system, more food, more work, more stress, poor health. Its all interconnected people! WAKE UP if you are not shocked, intrigued, upset. then you are not paying attention.
