Group A - Blue - Rika Kitamura - Naozumi Tanaka - Aiko Akiko - Ryo Jo - Kiti Sune

((I contacted Rika for this post. So yeah that's why I moved the group. Her permission. Oh and don't take Ryo here seriously. He's an asshole sometimes especially when it comes to women.))

The storm had already started. Ryo had expected that they would turn off and ( Read more... )

Be careful what you wish for! Kiti was definatly regreting her earlier wish for rain. Yeah a little rain was nice, thunder and lightning were cool, and she had been invigorated by it at first, but it wasn't fun anymore. She was cold and wet, her hair had come undone from it's customary ponytail and whipping in her face so that no matter what she did she couldn't keep it out of her face. She was glad that at least she wasn't wearing a skirt or light colored top. And this wind was absolutly terrifying, she was barely able to keep on her feet, and huge branches kept flying past them at incredible speeds. She was sure she had heard a tree crash nearby but over the noise of the storm she couldn't be positive ( ... )

"NO we will stick to the path as long as we can. So far our arrows are still here and the teachers have maps of the trails each group was sent on so when a flag finally is missing then will stay put and wait." Rika looked up at the sky.

"So far we are doing good and if we are lucky will be back at the camp in no time."

Kiti nodded, showing that she understood, and went back to trudging through the storm. She wasn't sure she agreed, but she wasn't the leader, and since she really had absolutly no sense of where they were in relation to anything, she had to believe that Rika knew what she was doing. Suddenly she felt her foot roll out from under her as she slipped on a hidden rock. She yelped as a sharp pain shot up the side of her leg, and she she lost her balance and fell sideways landing hard on the side of her knee and one arm.

"KITI!" Rika yelled as she turned back and moved to the girl. "Are you alright?"

Rika bit her lip and looked over Kiti's foot. She really didn't want to stop right here and risk having the arrows go missing in the storm. "Ryo," she said looking over at the boy. "Do you think you can carry her?"

Kiti panicked at the thought of Ryo carring her. not only would it be even more embarrasing than being rescued from that stupid ledge had been, she just knew his hands would not stay neutral, and he would probably make comments all the way back.
"No, I have my scarves," she answered quickly before he could reply, producing the three of them sheepishly from the ripped hole in her jeans. "I can wrap it, and walk I think, if someone can let me lean on them a bit."
She winced again but was determined not to be carried. "Uhh Rika, Do you think you could pretend not to see me take a couple of advil? It might keep it from swelling too bad if I take them now."

"Yeah I can its for first aid anyway and if your going to try and walk it would probably be better if you did take some."

Ryo turned to watch the commotion once he heard Kiti call out. He continued to watch, eyebrows raised, as he was brought into the conversation. "Geez, you women all full of drama tonight." He thrust his hands into his pocket as he turned his body slightly as to be facing a different direction, all the while, shaking his head back and forth slowly in correspondence of his comment.

"Thanks." Kiti said gratefully before rummaging through her bag and grabbing a couple advils. Taking a quick drink from her water bottle she swallowed them down and began wrapping her foot. It hurt, but felt a little better once she figured out the best way to get it done. She fastened it with a couple of safty pins and stood up. Gingerly she took a couple of careful steps.
'Damn that hurts!' she thought biting down on her lip. "I think I can do this, but if someone sees a good stick along the way, I'd really appreciate it." Suddenly she had the sudden memory of Amanda telling her that she didn't feel anything, right at this moment Kiti really envied her.

Aiko had watched the scene without saying or doing anything. She bit gently on her lip as she thought, and then moved over beside Kiti. "if it'd help, you can lean against me." Aiko said quietly with trace of a faint and worried smile on her lips.

"Thanks, It'll only be until we can find a good walking stick I can lean on." Kiti was gratified that Aiko was willing to help support Kiti's weight, and determined not to make the group lose any more time than they already had.
"I'll try not to put too much weight on you." she added smiling faintly.

"Daaamn does storms make you horny or some-thing?" Ryo stated taking a step back for a better view, despite the heavy fallen rain.

Somehow, Kiti knew that was coming. She had actually been waiting for him to say something similar. She glanced at Aiko mildly embarrassed, it was one thing to banter with Ryo, but it wasn't exactly polite to involve the other girl who so far had shown no inclination to join in. She also was too sore, tired, and just plain grouchy to play right now.
"No, actually the storm is making me bitchy right now." she said acidly, "not to mention my foot and leg hurt, and the furthest thing from my mind is anything that might fuel your imagination. I suggest you put that creative mind of yours to something useful, and concentrate on getting back to camp ASAP." she finished, thinking that it was probably a good thing that she didn't have that stick yet.
