Hmmm
A lot has been going on in my life lately, mostly for the best except for hurricane Wilma. I was informed that most of Fort Lauderdale is out of power. Luckily my parents have it, but they have horrible water pressure. The house is intact except for the fact that our patio has collapsed and we have a few loose tiles. It will not be fixed by the time I get home so I'll see the mess. I'm glad my parents are ok and hopefully the insurance will pay for the minimal damage. There are more details in regards to Wilma, but if you want to know more about the condition of my house and such ask me.
I went to this Sysco convention yesterday for 25 points extra credit for my Facilities design class!!! BEST CONVENTION EVER!!! I can't believe I got 25 points for this!!!!! I walked around 200 stations and ate a shitload of food!!!!! I got free dinner!!!! After that we went to a training session for our jewlery party. YES you heard right we are having a jewlery party!!!
Everyone needs to come. We will send out invitations. Save the date though, it's on Tuesday November 29! Bring your friends as well!!!
Lastly I went to an info session for the MDT (Management Development Program) for Marriott and I have an interview at 4:00. I hope I get the job, but if not I look at this as great interview practice for the spring time. If I don't get it I'll apply for a job with the company and get promoted within. The lady liked my attitude and said I have a step up cause I have Housekeeping experience.
