LF Colby/Charlie fic where Amita leaves

I just did a Numb3rs rewatch and have been devouring fic, but I haven't been as conscientious about bookmarking or tabbing fics as I probably should have been. In this case, I'm looking for a fic where I know the summary went something like this: "Amita leaves Charlie, and Colby is left to pick up the pieces."

And that's literally all I remember because I suck. (I would also take any and all fics where that's a general theme, because I feel the execution left something to be desired.)
