I have another search for you guys.

This one has Don being run over by a truck while on a raid and his leg being trapped/broken under the car. I have no idea where to start looking with this one.

I don't remember any fic with Don being run over by a truck but there are similarities in your request with celadon's "Collateral Damage". Don's leg is trapped in a car after it crashes while chasing the suspect. It's here at http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2794540/1/Collateral_Damage

Thanks for responding. It's not that one. I think this one might be an older story with Terry in it. Don was trying to apprehend a suspect when they backed a truck over him, crushing his leg. But that's all I can remember. Can't even remember which site I may have seen it on.

Poet Traveler had one where Don's leg is run over while apprehending a suspect. As always, I can't remember the title, but it should be listed under her name on fanfiction.net. There's no Terry if this is the one, but an OFC who is a Russian musician - violinist, I think.
