Don is an idiot. I'm just going to throw that out there first. Stupid. Stupid man. And poor lost and confused Colby. He deserves better. Don should have taken him to dinner. I like the three of them together though. It seems to work if they would just talk about it and deal rather than getting all emo about it.

Otherwise, this part has been hilarious. Ian and the moose. Hee. Also? It isn't often that I am laughing out loud while reading, but the army doll talk and all of the banter between Don and Ian had me cracking up. Too good.

I love that you made the boys shark week fans and that Colby and Ian had a bit of a heart to heart. (Hair-braiding not included :P)

I hope Colby realizes what he means to Don and doesn't just think he's disposable if he heard that this wasn't Ian and Don's first threesome.....

Poor Colby :(

*nods* Of course, if they had just *talked*, this fic would have been about 20k words shorter. :)

SO glad you enjoyed this so much! When I first saw 'banter' in your prompts, I was worried, but found out that all you need to do with these guys is wind them up and let them go. And not let them braid one another's hair. ;)

You pulled off the banter fantastically. I was grinning like a loon the whole time I was reading this.

Well, so much for me thinking that the lack of morning-after awkwardness meant smooth sailing ( ... )

You'd think it wouldn't be much to ask, wouldn't you? But that would involve talking and stuff. *sighs*

I love Ian's insights into Don and Colby.

I find Ian interesting because he cuts straight through to what's really going on, and why, and he's also self-aware.

...and Don will stop putting his foot in his mouth.

One can always hope... *g*
