15 year old Colby's summer with Gary Cooper in the VCR while he was laid up.

This is a canon tale from Colby in Blowback - he broke a bone at 15, and only had one VCR tape - a Gary Cooper western - to watch over and over while waiting for it to heal. ;-)

This sounds like when I was younger and got chronic ear infections. I wouldn't be able to sleep regularly during the night because of the pain. So, my Dad would set me up on the couch (blankets and all) and I would watch a recording of Robin Hood and Tights. That was before DVD players and stuff came out.
