JO!

You cannot leave it there. ;)

Fantastic use of crossfire because I've wondered if this would ever happen to Charlie on the job with Don.

Bonus!

YES!!!

Ahem.

Well, that was all sorts of bracing! I was hoping someone would give us Charlie caught in the crossfire fic and I wasn't disappointed. The drama! The reveal! Panicked Don! Oh, very nice!

Happy to see you back posting at N100 and even happier if you turn this into a drabble series... /hint hint/

:-)

P.S. ROFLMAO at your disclaimer. I love clever ones, but that's my fave of the week, officially!

Thanks, Emma! That's high praise coming from the drabble queen. What are the requirements for a drabble series? Do I wait and see what prompt shows up next week and see if the muse likes it? My last fic was 100 chapters long, but 100 words is a whole lot harder!

/blushes/ I don't know about queen, but I do relish being co-mod of the drabble comm! /beams/

But 100 chapters? /faints/ Wow, that's some real staying power! /doffs hat to you/

There are no real requirements per se for a drabble series. You can make a series out of whatever prompts you want: past, present, future. If you want to see some examples, on the numb3rs100 home page there's a link to our Table of Contents. On that page is a link to the Drabble Series Master List. On it we link to all sorts of types of drabble series including our Rewind Series option (we pick the four prompts for authors to use in a series). Some authors use only a current month's prompts to make a series, some use only past prompts, some mix in current prompts as they suit them. Some make a series out of only 2 fic, some 20 fic and beyond. No big rules, just see where the story takes you. You can publish more than one drabble in a post if you'd like, but the 300 word per drabble maximum word count rule and each drabble needing a prompt rule still apply ( ... )
