Notes/Warnings: I know what you're thinking: It's Candi...and this ISN'T Colby fic. What the hell??? But, I've been working so much on The Sparkling Series (which is almost finished and will be posted soon) that I needed a break and the muse offered up Larry and Megan. I hope you enjoy. :)

Larry paced the room anxiously, talking softly and casting glances to the pale woman in the hospital bed.
She’d been through so much. And it was his fault.
She’d tell him not to be silly. She did as she wanted. Independent and fierce, that was his Megan.
She spoke his name and he was instantly by her side, looking from the woman in the bed to the newborn girl in his arms.
“You okay?” she whispered, touching his cheek.
“I always aspired for space,“ he answered, moving into her touch. “But not until you did I hold the world.”
