The Corpse Bride
Other than read a FANTASTIC book over the weekend I also saw The Corpse Bride. A wonderful and original story. The animation is done so well that it is seamless. It is just so smooth and wonderful. It was a clever choice to give death the vibrant colors and leave the living cloaking in dull muted colors. I liked it, if not loved it. Its not something that really warrants viewing dozens of time for the story itself it’s the art that will bring me back to it.
