Consumerism Alert
Today was pay-day and I accomplished a bit of a budget blow-out in town today.
Kathmandu (outdoor and travel clothing/accessories store) were having their end of season clearance sale. With a view to getting some nice, good quality items for my UK trip, I had been planning to go have a look, but had not planned to spend quite so much ... hmmmmm. Thank goodness I don't shop there regularly when things are full price!
Consolation can be taken in the fact that I saved 58-66% on each item! It truly was a massive clearance sale. :D I may even have to go back and get one other item I was 'hemming' and 'hawing' over, now that I know what a good deal I got.
I hope I still like these clothes come August.
It's a bit chilly tonight, and I'm rather tired from my night shift yesterday and my excursion to town today. So soon I'll be curling up in bed and continuing my re-watching of Battlestar Galactica. Yippee!
