Man, where does the time go?
A few updates in the world of Null Device…
New Releases upcoming!
A joint single with our frequent collaborators, contemporaries, and compadres in The Dark Clan. Fading Belief, named of course after our joint tour, is due out on Dec 1st. A 3-tracker, featuring a collaborative song with both bands (it’s freaking huge, let me tell you), TDC doing an indie-punk cover of our “Breathe You In”, and Null Device doing a cinematic breakbreat version of their “Wait. Stop.”
We’re also in the process of cleaning up a few live recordings and some remixes for a couple of EP’s before the year is out.
Press! And Things!
As of very recently, the
Electronic Saviors compilation to which we contributed a track has raised over $20,000 for cancer research. That is awesome, and we’re proud to have been selected to be a part of it. And yes, we’re working on stuff for volume 2.
We’ve received some boffo press of late - a great review and an upcoming interview from our friends at
RegenMag.com, and Suspending Belief was named one of the top 10 best Madison albums of the year by our local weekly,
The Isthmus. In The Studio:
ND has got a few remixes in the pipe for other people, a little production work for at least one of the usual crowd, a brand new studio desk (now with actual room for things like pencils!) and a shiny new ribbon mic.
That’s November so far. More news as things are deemed newsworthy!
