wickity-wack weekend
Friday night, i decide at the last minute to join megan and nikki to pow wow. it was actually pretty cool and more fun than i expected. i didnt have a puppy sitter for bubbles until nikki agreed to take her for the night.
we werent supposed to leave for sarasota until 6 am saturday. but at 1:30 am me n meg are just laying around my apartment doing jack squat. so we decided to leave then and there. i gathered up some clean clothes, threw them in a suitcase, stopped by circle K for some redbulls and we were on the raod by 2am.
so were just drivin', singin songs and talking about the crazy weekend ahead. as were creepin up to gainesville we decided to stop by savvy's house to say hello. by this time its about 4:15 am. we managed to find our way to her place. we tapped on her window and called her phone *67. she walked out her front door half asleep and totally in love with us =) we hung out there for about 2 hours. so it was about 6 am when we got back on the road. half asleep and barely alive, we finally made it to New College where i passed the hell out on Rachel's bed. i woke up around 3 pm got dressed and went to the deli they have there on campus. very good little shack.
new college is insane! They held this big party saturday that's held every year, called PCP. all day saturday they had this scavenger hunt for drugs. the first prize was ecstacy along with other drugs including weed. yeah, cra-z! the students dont wear shoes and girls dont wear make up. every one is super liberal and very anti bush.
anyhow, so after we ate, we drove over to the beach which is like 5 mins away, and watched the sunset which was GORGEOUS!!! as were sitting there this random lonely boy came up to us, called us beautiful ladies and made himself a seat with us. he asked us for our number. we just blew him off, so he left. we then walked around the little board walk thing they had and went into some cool stores and meggie had a heath bar ice cream that tasted like coffee. so around 8 or so we went back to rachel's dorm where i had a shower and did my hair. i offered to go to publix to get food. bad idea. i was lost in sarasota for about two hours! the party had already begun by the time i made it back to new college.
so we get preped and walk into the party, which was on campus, and it turns out theres no alc. so we went back to rach's dorm and took a few shots of cap'n morgan. as were walkin back out one of rachel's friends just so happend to be walking by. who just so happens to be a friend of reba and savvy from camp, sweet pea! she let us know that they werent carding down at the shell. so me rach and meg too the five minute walk to shell. got smirnoff black. yumm.
so we get back to rach's room and drank a little more. then we hit the dance floor where they were playing awesome music, including the postal service! how cool!!?!! after dancing the night's pretty much a blur to me. i think i fell asleep around 5 am.
we woke up this afternoon and took it easy. my last two hours with rachel were spent at the panera where isa met us up as well. she got a monroe piercing and she looks hot like whoa.
we finally made it outta sarasota by 7. meggie drove...
MEG: isnt it awesome how we've gone on all these road trips and we've neve been pulled over?
luckily we switched seats before we got in i-10 becuz about 50 miles away from tally i got pulled over for doing 90 in a 70. oopsies. i was scared shit-less and my hands were even shaking. ive never been pulled over before. i wanted to kiss him when he came with the slip of paper that let me know it was just a "curtousy warning". my ticket would have been $165.50. PHEW!
we finally made it back to tally at midnight. i picked up bubbles from nikki's place then we went to taco bell. that line was hella long and the guy before must have ordered the entire menu cuz he was takin for ever.
now me n meggie are sitting on my messy ass couch eating our half pound bean burritos. yumm.
so thats my wickity wack weekend. this has been by far the most exciting, spontaneous, random, crazy and most funnest week end ever!!
oh! and im totally getting a horse! for free!!!!!!! apparently, he's been starved for the past 2 months. hes skinny as hell and sorta sick. my trainer doesnt have the money or time to take care of him, so shes giving him away! and i want him. my mom loves him and i know i will too
