Today

So... my last final, biology was today. I was supposed to write it last week but I was having surgery. It was a wonderful experience

Had problems with my semester 2 books.... GAH!!! I hate catholic high school they slap you with a ruler if you even THINK of swearing.

Then I get home and hang out for a while until about 2:00 when the mail came and after waiting for it for a week John Barrowman's (Captain Jack Harkness on Doctor Who and Torchwood) Autobiography "Anything Goes" came and I realized something...he's been with his husband Scott Gill for a long time.

Then I log on here and I see this..said by the wonderful Eric Kripke:

"Supernatural" executive producer & director Kim Manners passed away last night in Los Angeles, following a battle with cancer.  Below please find a statement from "Supernatural" creator & executive producer Eric Kripke:

Everyone at 'Supernatural' is walking around in a daze, shocked and absolutely devastated.  Kim was a brilliant director; more than that, he was a mentor and friend.  He was one of the patriarchs of the family, and we miss him desperately.  He gave so much to 'Supernatural,' and everything we do on the show, now and forever, is in memory of him.

When I first heard about Kim's death, I thought it was a cruel joke/rumor someone was spreading about the fandom when low-and-behold it's true.

Kim was a role model/idol of sorts (as the senor captain of the football team said *swoon*[he noticed me] ) and when I did my school projects I was always looking to Kim for inspiration.

We may have been just fans of the show and Kim but sweetie, we're were the lucky ones of hearing your name.

The Paley event (God that was so long ago) was the first time this man was introduced to my world. Well my world just got a little less creative, but heaven got a little more creative.

RIP Kim
