I hear all the time that people love playing this song on GH, or that song, or they're better at playing some song on GH then someone else is.

Back when scientists weren't sure what would happen to the brain of a living thing if it were sent into space, and didn't want to find out on a human, they sent monkeys into space.
These monkeys had one job.
When a little light came on, they would push a button. When another light came on, they would flip a switch. Another light, push the button again.
This showed scientists that monkeys would make good astronauts, and possibly that humans would as well.
And nowadays, people derive fun by deluding themselves into thinking that they are playing music, when all they are doing is pushing buttons because the little light told them to.
It's basically Dance Dance Revolution for people who can't dance. Not that any of them could, anyway.

Now, if it would actually teach you how to play the guitar, that would be different. I'd probably get it, for that reason. I'd like to know how to play.
