I don't know why, but for some reason I can't use standard, generic keyboards. I just have to keep getting Apple Keyboards. I have no clue why, but they seem to work best out of all of the keyboards I've owned, with the exception of the club. My old keyboard, which was the Apple Pro, was rather nice. I found a program to nicely remap some of the keys (namely the Volume and mute keys) to work in windows.
The new Ultra thin USB keyboard isn't as nice. For some reason, F16 (Key directly above Clear/Numlock) maps to Num Lock. So I can't remap that key to Volume down. Also, the Insert key is the Function key on this keyboard, and doesn't do anything when you hit it in Windows. To get insert, I have to hit Fn + (Num)Enter, which is very annoying, since I never used Ctrl+V for paste, I always used Shift+Ins.
Well, at least it types nicely. It's quite, but I'm sure I'll get used to it. AND I HAVE MY KEYBOARD NIPPLES BACK!!! I now know exactly where the F and J keys are! No more looking or typing and actually paying attention to what I'm typing!
