Otakuthon 2007 Report
Well.....it was magically awesome *_*
The Masquerade went well I think. It wasn't perfect and there's a lot of things we can improve, especially in the Green Room, but I think it wasn't bad at all. Yet again we had AWESOME cosplayers *_* and I was right in relying on Team JavX as my staff. I think Seb, our MC, was even better than last year (more comfortable I'd say) and the chemistry backstage was very much enjoyable. Lulu didn't panick THAT much, but we still have to work on that. But we have to work on that in all the spheres of his life anyway XD
During the Con, I got to renew friendships and create new ones. I got to spend more time with Jusdepomme, Raptor and FullmetalSam, and I was really happy to learn that they will be at AC3 this year too. I got to know better the girls from Moon Roses, and I was happy to learn that one of her is living in my town during school. We exchange emails and promised to see each other during her time here. We (me and Hoishi) also kinda jumped in their Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles project for AN08, but they were really happy to have more people. I'm always impress on how the cosplay community is so warm and nice and so helpful.
One of the highlight of my week-end was meeting
sarcasm_hime, one of my favorite cosplayer in the whole world. It was really cool, and she's a very nice person ^_^ Seeing

kaijugal again was really good too. And I was immensely relieved when we found her camera. An upset
kaijugalis not fun to see. Like Wookie said, makes you want to kick the ass through and through of the person that upsetted her.
Popping Thomas' Convention cherry was fun too. I'm glad he liked his time with us ^_^ and now to corrupt him enough to get him to come to AN Bouwhahahahaha XD
Of course the really best part was to spend sometime with my baby love Hoishi.
Even though that brings me to the downside of it: being talked about. I mean DAMN IT shut up about us. What we do, what we chose to do is not your fucking business. And I don't need a I'mstillavirgin 20-something kiddo that knows NOTHING about life and love to comment on how our relationship is weird, how I'm such a two-faced bitch, yadda yadda. I'm old enough to know that I'm playing with fire and that I'm gonna get burn bad probably. It's MY fucking life, I and I ALONE get to fuck it up as much as I want, ok?
