I'm Going Home to Look at My Vagina in a Hand Mirror
Janora: HAHA, saw Date Night last night and the previews were worth my admission price alone but the movie itself was thankfully hilarious. I laughed so hard I cried most of the way through. Like knee slapping and the whole shebang. Which was sort of embarassing as well because I went by myself and there were all of 5 people at the giant screen showing at the Regal Continental and like, 2 out of the 5 other people decided to sit in the same row as me. AWKWARD.
One of my fav previews was for Get Him to the Greek. I had seen the movie posters but had no idea what it was about. It's Jonah Hill as P Diddy's assistant. Jonah has the idea to have a reunion concert for the biggest rock star of the decade who is Russell Brand and P Diddy orders him to go to London and pick him up. Of course, easier said than done and lots of amazing shenanigans ensue. Now that I think about it, I had read an article about P Diddy and the director was talking about how he was worried about Diddy's acting but it turns out, he didn't because dude ended up being hilarious. I could totally tell from the previews that he really committed to making fun of himself -- for some reason, I love that!
In Date Night, they don't talk about how topless Mark Wahlberg steals like, every scene he is in. LMFAO, he was so good. At the end, they showed outtakes and you find out that they were able to ad lib a lot of their lines, including the title of this entry. Jeez, good stuff.
So been wearing this revlon photo ready a few more ideas and I am def impressed by its lasting power. My shu foundation does not last the whole day. I use make-up wipes to clean it off and all that comes off on the tissue is my eye make-up and lipstick. The revlon lasts the full day which is good. I don't like how it settles into my pores and the ridges of my nose. That is no bueno! I might try a few pore creams... L'Oreal Magic Perfecting Base is supposed to be so amazing. It was sold out at Ulta when I went so I might try and hit a Walgreens before this weekend and search it out. I kind of want to go to Nordstrom's Rack again too. There was a cute dress I tried on last time that was adorable that would be nice to wear this weekend. Cute and very comfortable.
And yay, this weekend is Starfest. Possibly my fav Denver convention. Possibly because I don't have to stress out or do anything for it. Just go and relax, wooo-hoo! I am sad that I will miss Leonard Nimoy speaking at the Space Symposium though... anyone want to go to Vegas in August for the Star Trek con where Shatner and Nimoy will be appearing together, possibly for the last time ever at a con?!
