So this lady calls me up at work and says "I am having a problem every time I boot with the computer saying I have a corrupted file in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec\Norton Internet Security\ntindex.dll. What should I do?"
Naturally, I OEMed her, but then I shot her an e-mail through Friendly Neighborhood Geek:
