Reason number a million why I like working at Best Buy
We have a walkie system instead of a PA system, so the customers don't constantly hear "Computers, you have a call on 101" overhead. This walkie system also allows for playful banter, such as what happened today:
Frank: Hey, Chris (aka Home Theater Supervisor), are you available?
Chris: I am single, Frank, since you dumped me.
Frank: ...
Frank: We can talk about that after work, Chris.
This sort of thing happens all the time. I don't think I can go anywhere else and bust a gut laughing just by listening to my associates talk.
Frank: Hey, Chris (aka Home Theater Supervisor), are you available?
Chris: I am single, Frank, since you dumped me.
Frank: ...
Frank: We can talk about that after work, Chris.
