You know me, I'm not prone to posting about politics and whatnot, however...
UN deaths add pressure for ceasefire Once upon a time, the killing of 4 UN folk (after promises that UN sites would be left alone) would be enough to wake the sleeping giant. It would be proof that things had gotten out of hand, and *fanfare!* the USA would come to save the day in that meddlesome manner they've always had and bomb the hell out of the offender.*
Except... ?!

*That's not to say that I approve of the meddling or all of this bombing brouhaha, regardless of where the fault lies. An eye for an eye, or perhaps "10 bodies for everyone of ours killed" is just generally a bad way of handling any situation.
