I was looking through my old etsy shop, where I started so long ago it seems. I was still living in England, and spending lots of time in the kitchen, painting water colour illustrations and canvas. That is, when I had time, my twin babies had only just been born. I was in a constant state of running around...
The first thing I always notice is my love for stripes and checkers and polka dots. These are everywhere, and always have been. It is almost a compulsion to add a stripe or a checker somewhere.
I remember starting out online, in these great Yahoo! groups, where we swapped our creations. I was lucky enough to meet the most wonderful people through the years. Such a group of inspirational people. Oozing talent. The one person who would consistently inspire me......
