Our apartment is available
Hello dear friends list,
I am going to wait to post this on the B0st0n community untill we have a CraigsList Ad with pictures that we are going to take this weekend but I figured I would try here first. I would ofcourse feel more comofrtable handing over my lease to someone that I acutally know.
We have finally outgrown our 2 bedroom apartment 5 minute walk from BC and are moving to Cambrdige.
The rent is 1300 for a top floor apartment with beautiful views of Boston from the living room. The living room is very spacious. The kitchen is an eat in. There is storage area in the hallway and coin op laundry in the basement. We are looking to move out on December 1st so if we can find someone between then and Jan 1st we would be extremely happy. We also have a parking spot behind the building for an additional 175 a month with July and August already paid for.
If anyone on my friend's lsit is interested that would be super. If you can pass it on to friends that would be even more super.
