Maslanka in the lab.......still don't like it

I sure am on a roll with this updating stuff. I'm just in the computer lab listening to Maslanka. Still don't understand why people are so fond of it. For some, i really think it's just because Doxology is in it, or just because Doc likes it they do too. I think it's very repetitive and the hard parts honestly might be too much for us to grasp in just a few weeks. Maybe its because i am a first year and dont understand how the world world, lol, but i have played in this ensemble for a year and know how we can play. Maslanka might be pushing it. So I think this weekend i'm going to starved rock with a few people. Should be good times. Government study session for our midterm is in about 45 minutes...i really don't want to go. Granted it helps a lot, the test will still probably kick my ass. I also just found out that I got the job to work with my dad this summer!!! It's like an 8-4 job for five days a week. Pay checks will be nice and i still have the whole weekend to drive up to Geneseo. I start the week after i get back, so i'll have a free week.

Lot's of stuff to get done this week. Transfer credit form, sign up for basic skills test, theme and variation project, LS research project, practicing, minor scale check off, and some random other stuff i can't really think of right now.

Did i mention that we got tickets for Wicked for August 23rd with Pam and a few others from school. Colleen and nikki are coming too.

Well, i should probably get to the library to get some Baptist books.

With the great news starting the week off, i think it will continue to go well!
