Books books books...
Oddly enough, even with two goofy puppies around, I'm still finding (making!) time to read.
Now if I could just figure out how to make time to cross stitch.

The School of Essential Ingredients by Erica Bauermeister (and yes, this is the fourth time I've read it...)
The murder mysteries are fun & fluff & entertaining...semi-predictable, on occasion, but still a lot of fun.
Out of the Dark, on the other hand, was entertaining, but not as predictable, and totally not what I'm accustomed to from David Weber. Aliens invade and conquer Earth - predictable. Results afterwards - not so much. Don't want to say much that won't give it away...but I enjoyed it and I hope he decides to make it a series. It's written as a stand-alone novel and it does, although there are threads that would be easy to pick up. Hmmm...
