*Marco's been taking bar tending lessons from Remy, but figures he should try ~on his own~ for once. Lets call it an exam or something. Though part of that exam may be seeing how long he can remain sober before giving up on that

*Whiskey or rum, lately, but considering how young Pamela sounded...*

Sugar and cream is what people usually put in coffee.

*Once the pot's done, Marco pours out a mug of coffee and adds a few spoonfuls of sugar and some cream to it. If she never shows up, he can just drink it himself.*

Mm...I guess so. Occasionally, at least.

*He nods, then takes and refills the coffee cup before returning it to her. Same amount of cream and sugar.*

I can make a lot of drinks, yeah.

*Including virgin versions of alcoholic ones...well, he didn't really try those with Remy but he knows a few basic substitutions*

Well...no, not many of them are like coffee. Maybe you should just stick to coffee for now.

*He gives her a smile. The kind that adults give kids they're humouring and often accompany a "you can try it when you're older" statement*

I'll tell you what. You stick to coffee tonight, and next time I'll make you whatever you want. But if I don't know how to make it you'll have to give me a recipe.

*Oh, he'll keep his word...at least outwardly. He may try to make sure there is no 'next time' or that she has someone to takes care of if there is, but he won't outright refuse unless he thinks giving her a drink will kill her or get him in lots of trouble.*

The library should have some books, too. Mmm...but for drinks like coffee it might be better to visit Mimmi's shop. This place usually doesn't do many hot drinks.
