*Marco sounds rather drained, largely because he is. He's only recently been able to remain coherent and conscious for more than a few minutes, but he's still feeling the after effects of the damage he's gone through and the fact that its not entirely healed yet. His speech is very slightly slurred

[Talia is a realist and doesn't expect Marco to be instantly over everything he found out about her. However, she still considered him a friend and he was asking for information she could give him so she'd do so.]

We're in the middle of a war, Marco. [Does she sound pleased? No? Well, that's cause she's displeased about being dragged into it in the first place. She begins from the party, working her way forward through pertinent details. Are you ready for this, Marco? Are you ready to be boggled?

Heralds have this amazing ability to provide a photographic recall of events. She goes into her own kind of trance, which thankfully isn't going to be seen by Marco who is wierded out enough as it is. It's a precise recitation, going over everything that she was witness to; and being in the middle of the slaughter, let's call that everything. Their photographic recall is a bit ridiculous, but you can see why it comes in handy for debriefing!

She only stops when she reaches the point of being released from her own quarantine, including the delicious details of the cure and what it entailed. How nice.

She blinks several times then, exhaling slowly, giving him several moments to take all of that in.]

I'll answer any questions you might have .. [If she didn't already cover it, of course. But if he needs/wants clarification on anything, she'll have it for him.]

*That IS a lot to go over. A lot to consider and comb over. Thankfully its on the network, so he can go over it later. There were a lot of questions to be asked here...
...but one needed to come before all the others.*

How did you manage to remember all that so well?

[Talia was rather expecting that question, so it's not of the upsetting sort.]

Recall.. It's something we Heralds are taught during our training. It comes in handy for any matter that requires debriefing.. It's a bit taxing, but it's far better than trying to remember details that might have only been seen in the peripheral.

It also means you hear everything and not just the things I might consider important. In situations like this, even the smallest detail might be important ..

[There is a beat of silence and then, her voice softer and inflected with genuine concern.]
