The Bear Retrieval Unit from Neverhood. IS OBJECT A BEAR? Win.
Well that and that one scene in FFX when you leave the dome at Zanarkand doing the usual walking around like normal and then the cutscene takes over and turns the camera just as you realize you're no longer controlling the charcter and OHSHITIT'SRIGHTBEHINDYOU!!! (Yeah it only lasts a few seconds before you realize it's not game over, but still... it's a heart stopper.)
