Borat
Another movie review-
Dear Lord!! Save us all from this atrocity. Has anyone else seen it? I read a bit about it when it first came out and was mildly interested in seeing- I thought the premise was interesting- but probably would have gone without seeing it if someone else hadnt' wanted to do so. Jacques and i decided to go and see a movie last night and he wanted to see that one, I went along with it, figuring I had had mild interest and it could be really good and this was probably my only opportunity to see it. Holy cow was that a mistake. Do not, I mean DO NOT see this movie. Completely disgusting. It is definitly in the category of worst movie ever. Sometimes, someone can make fun of bigotry or sexism and make it funny. This movie was simply offensive. The anti-semitism wasn't funny. It was horible. There were a few moments which struck a humorous note but overall I was almost ready to puke. Particularly when it showed Borat and his obese producer get into a fight. The fight started when the producer was jacking off to Borat's magazine. The big kicker was they wer both butt naked. They were wrestling around, naked. You would not believe the shots they did in that scene. Well, perhaps if you've ever watched gay porno you would. I really haven't figured out how this movie ever made it to the theater. Especially without an X rating.
