About a month ago my friend Brad,enigmatic04 , put like this bio thing on his journal telling all about him and everything he could think of.  Then later on, my friend Scott put one up on his journal.  So I decided to do the same thing.  Maybe kinda try to start a trend and get everyone to do it.  But I don’t know or even think that will work.  But here it goes anyway…

My name is Rachael Ann Crowder. Before I was born, my mom was gonna name me Sarah Michelle, which I would prefer to Rachael Ann. But that’s cool. I kinda wanna start people calling me Annie just to be more interesting. But for now, Rachael’s good. I don’t have that many friend right now because of something that happened which was my fault but even after apologizing and trying to be a better person, some of those people still didn’t want to have anything to do with me. I don’t feel like going into those details right now though. But my main friends are Brad Miller, Ashley D., Corwin, Brad Meyers, Blaine, Tristen, Scott, Nicholas, Richard, Steven G., Amanda C., Amanda W., Bryan, Brian, Aaron, Jeff, Justin, Renee, Jeremy, and Diane. I give shoutouts to all of you. I love you all very much and thanks for being there for me.

I was born in Baton Rouge and lived there until I was 13 years old. That’s when I moved to Springfield. I started playing violin when I was in 5th grade and then in 6th grade I started playing piano. I don’t play violin anymore but I still play piano. I also picked up the flute when I moved to Springfield because they didn’t have an orchestra at the new school. But that’s ok cuz I made so many honor bands and did so much with my flute than I did with my violin. My senior year of high school (which I just finished about two days ago) I was on the cheerleading team. It kinda caused some of my friends to be weary of my attitude towards things because the cheerleaders at Springfield have a certain reputation. I was probably one of the only one’s that the reputation didn’t apply to but that took some time for some people to realize. But that’s ok cuz the people who did realize that are the only one’s that matter to me. I am one of two children if you don’t count all of my step-siblings. My full sister is Katie. She is 14 years old and on the track team at school. She just recently made the cheerleading team for next school year and I’m so proud of her. I have three step-brothers, Chris, Kevin, and Brad. Brad is married to a woman named Brandi and they have two kids, Elizabeth and Alex. Kevin is also married to a woman named Kaye and they also have two kids, Christopher Ashley and John Logan. My brother Chris is not married but he is engaged to a woman named Sandra, and she has two kids, Hunter and Chelsea. My step-sister is Ashley. I don’t really know much about her because I haven’t seen/talked to her in over a year. I did send her an invitation to my graduation but she didn’t come and she didn’t send me anything. But that’s ok…

Here are some of my favorite things in life… My favorite food is Chinese food. I love all the Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings movies. I love the soundtrack to all of those movies too. I also love that movie on Lifetime Television for Women called “Odd Girl Out”. It’s an awesome movie and you should all watch it. I love to play music and I love teaching others how to play. I love directing a band, it’s awesome. My favorite color is green. I have brown eyes right now but I’m thinking about getting some color contacts that are green cuz I want green eyes. I love all kinds of music but I would have to say that my favorites are punk rock (like Green Day and Simple Plan) and Christian rock (like a local band down here called Warriors for Christ). My favorite actors are Shane West, Elijah Wood, and Johnny Depp and my favorite actresses are Liv Tyler, Drew Berrymore, and Mandy Moore. My favorite sport to watch is football because I actually understand it enough to follow it. My favorite sport to participate in is cheerleading. I love more than I thought I would. I only tried out cuz one of my friends didn’t want to try out by herself and she ended up quitting before the tryout camp was even over with. But oh well… I don’t have a favorite alcoholic drink because I don’t normally drink alcohol. I guess I kinda like daiquiris and B52’s but that’s about it.

I’m a cradle-catholic. I was born to a catholic mother and she raised me catholic. I believe everything the catholic church believes. I fully support George Bush for the sole reason that he is pro-life. I’m not the most political person you will ever meet so that’s basically what I vote by. NOTE TO ALL POLITICIANS: IF YOU WANT MY VOTE, YOU MUST BE PRO-LIFE! Anywho… One day I hope to marry a man (notice I said man) who believes the same things I believe. And he must believe in me. I am currently working on some music that I will hopefully earn enough money to buy some studio time and record a demo record. It’s gonna be Christian music because I love that kind of music. I am a very religious person and it used to be the highlight of my week to go to youth group meetings on Wednesday nights. But now that youth group is over for the year I won’t get a chance to come back to it until I’m out of college. And that really sucks. I am gonna try to put together a Northwestern chapter of D.Y.R.T. because I was planning on being part of that team next year until I decided to go to NSU. But I don’t know how well that will work out. I’ll find something to fill that gap in my heart somehow and hopefully I won’t go completely psycho freak while I’m up at school from lack of religious activities. I’m praying everyday that God helps me through everything in my life. But it’s like I always say, “If God brings you to it, he WILL bring you though it.” I live by that quote and it’d be a good idea to keep that in your minds…

I’ve decided that I’m going to Northwestern State University and I’m going to major in music education so that I can teach what I love to do. I have also decided that I’m going to minor in vocals so that I can also double as a choir director. I’d probably rather teach chorus instead because I love to sing but that’s ok… I just wanna teach some kind of music. After I get my bachelors degree, I’ll get a job and then hopefully continue going to school to get my masters degree. Then I’m gonna try for my doctorate. I want to eventually teach at the college level. That’s my main goal. But we’ll just see where this life takes me…

I hope that in the future, when I’m old and have grey hair, I never look back on my life and say, I wish I would have done that different, or I wish I hadn’t done that. I want to live a life with no regrets. And right now, I only have one...
