My Holiday...
Ok, so my step-dad took the family to Perdido Key, Alabama for the holiday so we could go to the beach cuz we haven't been in a while. So here's what I did all weekend...
Friday - Katie and i got up at about 9:30 and went to the mall for 10:00 am so that I could apply for some jobs. I went to Dillard's, Halmark, Modas, Sound Shop, New York & Co., Bath and Body Works, Afterthoughts, Payless, and Shoe Department. Then I dropped Katie off at mom's office and went home. They went to Wal-mart to get some stuff for the trip. Mr. John brought Ashley over and he ended up eating everything we had in the house before we left. We ended up leaving at about 1:30 and got there about 5:15. Mr. John didn't like the condo we were staying in so he called the rental company and had us moved to Gulf Shores. We actually stayed in Perdido Key for the night and got up early the next morning.
Saturday - After we checked out of the hotel, we went to an outlit mall and did some shopping. I got some clothes from Rave and Aeropostale. It was fun. We also went to some little place and did some more shopping and I got a necklace, an anklet, and a ring. Then we went and ate lunch at Backyard Burgers. That place is awesome. They have the best hamburgers. But then we went and checked into our new place and went to the beach. I layed out and tried to get a little bit of a tan but it didn't work to well. But then we came back inside and didn't do much else for the rest of the day.
Sunday - I woke up at about 10 and everyone else was already out at the beach. I went out there for a little bit and layed out some more (I actually got somewhat of a tan). But then Katie and I came back inside and ate some lunch. Then when mom came back inside we went shopping some more. I got a few keychains and some more clothes. I almost talked mom into taking me to get a tattoo but she wouldn't so I'm just gonna have to go by myself and get it done later on. But oh well, I can handle it. I decided to get a butterfly that's gonna be blue and green and purple. It's gonna be very cute. But oh well. Then we got back and I changed and we went to Lambert's Cafe - the Original Home of the Throwed Rolls. I love that place. They played some cute tricks on Ashley and we all laughed so hard. And their food is so worth the hours wait that we did. But then we went home and started packing for the trip home.
Monday - We got up early (like 8:30) and left for home. We took a "shortcut" that ended up being longer than the way we came. But when we finally got back to hammond around 12:45 we went to the vet's office to pick up Gumbo. He was so excited that he pissed everywhere when he saw us. Then we got home and now I'm just sitting here typing and talking to people online.
So that was my interesting weekend. I don't think I wanna do it again but hey, if I'm still living here then I don't really have a choice. I'm gonna go now but I'll write again sometime later...
