I love my job!!
First of all, today has been an awesome day ... it's beautiful outside, and it's just an awesome day. I got to eat lunch with some people that I love dearly ... classes were easy ... it's just been great.
Then, I came back to the dorm and there is a purple tulip and a card t the desk for each of us RAs from our hall manager, for RA Appreciation Day. Then I came up to the floor, and I have two cards and two letters from girls on the floor, wishing me a happy RA App. Day ... they all tell about how much they love having me as their RA, and how the floor would not be the same without me. It just ... I love my girls. I love my job! I have this terrific floor of ladies, who I love and will miss terribly when I leave.
It's moments like this that more than make up for all the drama and difficulties of the job ... there is nothing else I would rather do right now. They're great.
