It varies, but much of the time it's CD's just because I have not time to get to a store, or I want an import. Amazon CD's are generally free shipping if you buy like more than two. And their Transformers selection sucks, I buy elsewhere.

Yeah, see, I NEED my weekends (if I'm not working). 1.75 is still too much. You just like the liquor, don't you?
And I *am* out by five during offseason. I just start at seven, not nine ^ ^;;

I might be biased, since I never had a Sega, and of course preferred Mario games. That being said, you probably truly don't want details of the problem. The fanart you posted is reasonably on-model and respectful to the characters. So yes, badly drawn and questionable content is often the issue. But to briefly touch upon the worst aspects:

1) I'm not sure how old Sonic is, but Tails is *definitely* underage.
2) In a phrase, furry paw fetishist. And Sonic has large feet.
3) Mary-Sue fan chararacters. Lots of them.

Like I said, any normal (whoops, redundant) non-furry gamer probably wouldn't bat an eyelid. But a lot of furries would either hiss and make the sign of the cross, or hump your arm. Especially with your new haircut.

Well, like I said again, Cd-wow [www.cd-wow.biz] may be right up your alley - international/import cheap CDs [I think that's where I got the Brokeback Mountain soundtrack half-price basically on release day] with free postage. Might be worth a looksie. Or you can just illegally download your music like everyone else. Yeah yeah, you like the case and liner notes etc..

I DO just like the liquor! But I also get discounts on my weekly shopping and my videogames/electronics. One of the advantages of working for a huge evil empire.

1. Apparently Cream the rabbit is *very much so* underage and it's unheard of for furries to even THINK of drawing her in that context. This sort-of seems to be the rule that violates Rule 34, I guess. But yes, I understand what you mean.
2. Heh, I remember Brian Emling from Breakpoint City being freaked out by someone going FEET FEET FEET and then sending him drawing of character's feet etc. This prompts one of those interesting questions you'll never know the answer to though... are the very promionent furry feet fetishist [herein "paw-nographers"] feet fetishists who are attracted to the furry lifestyle because they can be more outspoken as furries [Free at last!], or are feet fetishists X% of all social demographics, but we just hear about the furry ones more because furries are more outspoken about yiffy stuff? Shades of the same issue but for ghey furries, I suppose..
3. That reminds me - I need to write some May-Sue I.S.O. stuff. Lucky break there, almost forgot! Whew. What a close one.

I remember seeing a photo of some guy with a ZigZag [explicit, natch] tattoo once, but I wouldn't know the proportion of i) furries with tattoos ii) furries with yiffy tattoos. I defer to your experience in this area ^_^ I guess it's sort-of comofrting to know if life doesn't work out for me at least my arm is still guaranteed on getting a piece of the action.

Actually, I suspect I should stay away from it. Sounds like the type of place where I could blow hundreds of dollars without knowing it x.x And I don't download music ;-p

1) With a name like that, how can she NOT be in porn x.x

2) Hah, you think I don't know about these things? I have an artist friend (NO REALLY, IT'S A FRIEND, NOT ME, cooner) who has also been tormented by furry foot fetishists (many of the same ones, in fact), so he was apparently bored enough one day to look it up. It seems foot fetishism is like one of the top three mainstream fetishes, not just relegated to ghey furries. And for what it's worth, I SO do not get it, it's like one of the least sexy areas of the body EVAR.
I am determined to use "paw-nography" somewhere though, now.

3) There's some bewbies in there, so it's not totally out of the realm of possibilities.

I actually have no idea how many have tattoos, though I have two friends who do. But overall, I would imagine not many, because 1) they're expensive and furries are poor because they're saving up for yiffy fursuits, and 2) you have to find a tattoo artist who won't call you a fucking freak and throw you out of his shop good enough to do it.

More Yiff Talk, Less Yiff Action! nslashk October 11 2008, 02:22:09 UTC
1. I know. It almost sounds like a command. "Cream the rabbit", "Sir, YES SIR!". I have a secret liking for short phrases that can be read a different way. Like when Mr. Bad Guy enters An Underling's apartmnet in Robocop and says to the prostitutes "Bitches leave". It sounds so factual, "dogs bark, cats meow, bitches leave". Hey, that's what they do. So yes, I DO have mental problems! One day you'll have normal friends, V. One day.*

2. Oh MAN I SO HAVE TO make up some fake online art account [what do furries use? deviant art, right?] and ANNOY HIM WITH AWFUL FEET ART. YES, HIM AND ALL THE FURRY ARTISTS. THIS IS SO PERFECT. And because we're discussing my plan on *my* blog, no one will ever learn about it!

3. Oh, yeah, because that's the entire reason I'd write myself into a gay-themed comic, to have sex with the (maybe) two female heterosexual characters. *unf unf unf* HEY DON'T MIND ME FOLKS, YOU KEEP DOING THAT COMING OUT THING, HOPE THAT WORKS OUT FOR YA *unf unf unf*. Coincidentially I played some You Don't Know Jack before while making pancakes and the game said "Today's National Coming Out Day.. are you sure you don't have anything to say to me, Player 1?". I should think NOT videogame host, I happen to be in writing a story involving me banging two VERY heterosexual female anthropomorphs behind their gay friend's backs!

n/k

* Yeaahhhhhh, this isn't actually going to happen. Sorry.
