While they were good movies, I never really connected all that well with the first and second Toy Story movies. With that in mind, how well do you think the third one will do for me?
To put it in perspective; Wall-E is by FAR my most favorite Pixar movie, with Up being a close second. (Though the opening segment of Up kind of stole the show from the rest of the movie.) The others I've seen have generally been good (or at least decent), which are Monster Inc., Cars, Ice Age 1 and 2, Shrek 1 and 2. (The first Shrek being my third favorite CG movie, I guess.)
Ice Age 1 & 2, and all the Shrek films are NOT Pixar, they are Dreamworks.
The entire catalog of Pixar films is: Toy Story A Bug's Life Toy Story 2 Monsters, Inc. Finding Nemo The Incredibles Cars Ratatouille Wall-E Up Toy Story 3
To answer your question, whether it is the best Pixar film yet is debatable, but I personally think it was better than Toy Story 1 and Toy Story 2.

Anyway, come to think of it, I've also seen "A Bug's Life", which was... well, rather forgettable. ^^;;
