I wish I would remember to update more often. Blah.
I went to the Pearl Harbor Memorial Day thing they had. It was sombering to say the least. I took a lot of pictures but really none of them really turned out good so I won't bore you with sharing.
I got us a room reserved at the Outrigger for News Years Eve. I must not know my husband well because I thought he was going to FLIP OUT about having a 300 a night room but he didnt even say anything..he is a Motel 6 kinda guy and I am a Ritz Carlton kinda girl. I figure Ive spent enough nights in Motel 6 there comes a time in life when you need to upgrade ya know?
Im not in the Christmas Spirit this year. It just seems boring to me this year. I still have a few packages I need to get out..after those are gone I will feel much better. Since Jayson wants new tires and a phone I think Im also going to buy "him" some DVD's that I want =)
We had a party here Friday..it was pretty fun. Jayson and Philly spent the night gaming and Greg, Mcewing and I hung out and talked.
Last night was a Christmas party with my friends. We did a quick ornament exchange and tons of good food. Thanks to Gia for the cute lil ornament.
I got bad news yesterday..my Aunt accidently OD'd on her medicine and she died. A few days before her mom had died. When it rains it pours - my poor cousins are going through so much right now. I talked to her yesterday and she sounded so in shock and tired. I wish sometimes I could take the hurt away from those that I love.
Work is going okay! I am getting bored pretty easily because my brain is way over qualified for this job but just a few more months!
