I’m falling asleep at work so I thought an update just might wake me up. I really need to change my page colors..pink and black are starting to annoy me.
My weekend was good even though I encountered some problems. Friday night all ready to go out and Channon has no babysitter for Gavin. After her and Val calling everyone they know I just volunteered to babysit. He was already asleep so I just laid on the couch and dozed off for a few until Tom got home and I called Jayson to come pick me up. Sucks because I left my debit card there!
Saturday Christy asked me to go shopping with her and Will. Man we shopped for like 8 hours!! I got A LOT of stuff from Claires. I got a free Doggie shirt from the girl at the register…since she couldn’t find a price she just gave it to me..HELLA COOL! I bought Jayson two Polos from American Eagle..they are going to look stellar on him…I got such a good price too! We went to Pier 1 which is my new favorite store. They are reasonably priced which surprised me! I got a kick arse rug and a cool candle holder!
I just met the new girl who is replacing one of our housing counselors at Schofield..she seems really nice! I wish she was working in my office!
Our AC is out again…this is ridiculous.
Anyway Sunday I went to the wives outing at Pinky’s - not bad. One of been way better if I didn’t have to wait over an hour for a Cheeseburger but such is life. I went home and Paige came over and we cooked (I will post the pictures LMAO) we both forgot about the sauce on the stove b/c we were so busy cooking and man it EXPLODED everywhere!! I did laundry…watched Godsend (weird but not bad) and went to sleep late.
So far this week isn’t that busy. Sometimes I like having my weeks packed and other days I don’t. I might go to the beach today after work. I’m still undecided since by the time I would get there the sun would be going down but if anything I can walk the dog. He hasn’t had a beach walk in a while. Not sure if I am going to cook anything tonight…maybe something simple like French Bread Pizza..thats always easy. Nicole is coming over on Thursday to hang out and so far this weekend I just have a birthday party at Vanessa’s house on Saturday.
I’m getting homesick! I haven’t been home in over a year. I’m scared to see how big my brother is now it seems just like yesterday he was pissing on me every time I changed his diaper!
