Slattery said Fox worked on three major projects: helping families of incarcerated Iraqis, escorting shipments of medicine to clinics and hospitals in Fallujah and helping form Islamic Peacemaker Teams.

Christian Peacemaker Teams are composed of members of a number of liberal peace churches that have sent out teams to places like Haiti, Iraq, and Palestine to work to promote human rights, non-violence, and peace. They have strong bonds with Jewish, Muslim, and secular peace groups.
