On the road again! I leave Baltimore today for Massachusetts, arriving just in time to do my laundry and show up at the Snow Farm Summer Art Program! While on my ridiculously short "vacation" in my own apartment I:
went two days without a cell phone, the internet or a doorbell
celebrated my return by getting too drunk and losing an entire day to being hung over
saw/hung out with some chill people
read a lot of my book
ate a lot of expensive food
bought my second guitar!
and learned to play about 4 songs!
sweated profusely in my 4th floor, air-conditioned apartment
spent more time in city cafe than in said sweaty apartment
lost allllll of the music (8 days worth) from my ipod (!!)
celebrated my 22nd birthday by sitting in the sun and drinkin the drinky drink
found a new home for my baby (aka my cat)
decided I might have to move to philadelphia?
quit my job
did a lot of job hunting but alarmingly little job applying
but I did NOT:
see some other of the chillest people I know
go swimming OR tubing!
so clearly there are reasons to be back. I hope everyone has a great month! If anyone's in Massachusetts, give me a call!
