I haven't updated in a while. First off let me say the holidays have been pleasant and I hope everyone else had happy and safe holidays as well. And now without further adieu I want to present to you my top 10 movies of the year in no particular order.

Sin City:Visually astounding and one of the best thrill rides of this year.

Star Wars Episode III Revenge of The Sith:The end of the saga and a suitable ending to the culmination of over 30 years of movie going.

Batman Begins:The darkest and most believable batman movie, no... superhero movie to date. Never before has a comic movie absorbed you into the character and made it as believable as this.

Lord of War:Nicolas Cage is the man. He is a wonderful actor and even when he plays a scumbag such as his character in lord of war you are still capable of liking him.

Corpse Bride:The story was enjoyable perhaps not amazing. However what was amazing was the animation and the continuation of Tim Burtons awesome claymation style. He is a true artist of our time.

SAW II:Holy Hell. I didn't think they'd be able to pull off an acceptable sequel let alone a sequel that was both better than the original and had a bigger twist. Haven't seen the saw anthology yet? Go see it now.

Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire:Dark and scary at times with a brisk new story that flings you right into the action. This movie is perfect for the hardcore harry potter fans and the casual movie goer.

King Kong:This movie despite popular belief is not just about a giant ape. It is about that underlying moral that man is the real beast. God Bless Peter Jackson and his ability to do movies like this. He is living his dream and Im loving his movies.
