WTF, anyone else with this problem??

I could probably get the letter elsewhere, but being that she's an attorney and I'm applying to law school, its "strongly encouraged" that I get it from her.
The next-to-last straw was when I went away for 4 days to a law forum, and she got on me about being gone and how the other paralegal was so busy and it wasn't fair for me to go. I kindly reminded her that I had made plans in advance to leave, no clients were scheduled, so the only thing the other girl had to do was answer phones. She then implemented the new rule that atleast two of us had to be in the office at all times, yet my co-worker is often allowed to leave early if she has to pick up her kids or something. I just think its totally unfair and I don't need the added stress at this point.
