Hahaha I think he's really regretting teasing the KC fans- they're threatening to boycott the spinoff to get KC. So I think he's trying to pacify the hordes that are organizing twitter campaigns and sitting at polls clearing cookies repeatedly to get their ship to win. O.o Besides- Candice's TVD contract won't allow for her to switch shows like that and we know she hates KC.

And i hate the KC fan mindset. Because you know, Caroline repeatedly asking for her actual boyfriend back, being obviously in love with him is not a real obstacle, but Klaus LEAVING Caroline of his own free will is. RME

This is from the same delusional people who endlessly proclaim that Klaus loves her and would never hurt her despite the fact he's nearly directly killed her twice. They're off in their little fantasy land where Caroline is ~Mrs Mikaelson~ and Klaus' princess and how can you use logic against them? You can't. I might as well talk to my cat for all the good it'll do.

Where does he imply Camille is a Plec self-insert? I literally just skipped to the Caroline parts because idgaf about the rest. Although this quote confused me:

"The Originals" has been pitched as a darker, more adult show, and Camille personifies that. She's the only human regular character that's in the show, but she comes at it very damaged. The characters in "Vampire Diaries," at the beginning, had experienced tragedy, but they came at it from a very innocent place. She's coming in much more jaded, with an understanding of darkness. I have one proper scene with her -- a few run-ins with her, but one proper scene -- and I think that's some of the best work I've done. Even though I don't say much in the scene, it was a challenge for me. I really like working with Leah. She makes interesting choices with Julie. She's a beautiful girl, but to me, she doesn't look like the majority of the fans out there who watch the show, for example. They might have a slightly harder time relating to her, which is what makes her so intriguing. She's a fantastic character

Oh lord, he needs to stop talking. Does he not know at all how people relate and identify with characters? Why would they have a problem now with what the women look like on TVD? Just sit there silently and look pretty, JoMo.

Yeah, if people can relate to Elena and Caroline and Bonnie and Rebekah, why is he trying to say it'll be a stretch here? I'm thinking he's preparing for the tidal wave of KC fury that has already hit Tonkin, but seriously- not a clever way to word that.

I can't help but lol at them being so desperate to get her onto the spin-off. It's not going to happen, stop trying to make it happen. They're all so utterly convinced and I have to wonder where they get it from. They're so utterly convinced Klaroline would happen but they've had nothing, so I don't know why they think Caroline's going to follow Klaus to fucking NO.

JoMo shouldn't worry about the internet crazies, they don't hold much sway in the real world. Someone needs to explain this to him (and also Plec so we don't have to put up with Klaroline bullshit to placate them).
