All the fun of Cowboys Fan Day!
A huge contingent of Cowboys fans enjoyed an afternoon of entertainment and the chance to meet their 2009 team in the flesh in Townsville yesterday.

The Fan Day crowd gave their Cowboys a massive North Queensland welcome as they were introduced on stage in Queens Gardens, and for nine new players, this was their first introduction to a very passionate fan base.
Despite the humidity, fans queued for player autographs while Cowboys sponsors ran giveaways and competitions, including pass-the-ball and the player dunking station which cooled off some NYC players nicely!
The Southern Cross Catholic School performed a fantastic rendition of the Cowboys theme song, while the Genesis Spirit, the new Cowboys cheersquad, showed off their new-look uniforms and gave a sneak preview of their moves before Home Game 1 on Saturday 21 March.
Young fans learned new skills and ran off some energy at the rugby league skills session, and one lucky winner took home the Townsville Bulletin's prize of a trip for two to this Friday's Cowboys v Broncos blockbuster!
