Summer Plans Part deux...
sorta. I've only told yall a lil bit, cause it changes so much.
So...instead of being with an aviation unit in FT Hood...I'll be with a Basic Training unit at Ft Jackson. Needless to say, this is less than optimal. I received an email from my TACNCO, which was just a forward from some 1LT in the S3 shop, who just canceled my Ft Hood slot. I decided that I didn't want an impersonal email, so I emailed the 1LT, and respectfully asked if he knew why my CTLT was disapproved, because I could maybe help, if there was a miscommunication in Hood.
He sends me back an angry email saying that I have a chain of command for a reason, and I should use them. This ignores the fact that my Cadet COC could do nothing, and my TACNCO previously told me to email the S3 shop directly. Whatever.
Anywho, after jackson, I get a week off, then I go to West Point to be a supply NCO for the 2nd half of the advanced training summer. Hopefully I don't get shit on too much.
